By using NextFace you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the service safe for everyone. Last updated: June 2026.

1. You must be 18 or older
NextFace is strictly for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Show, share, or solicit nudity, sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other people;
- Do anything illegal, or encourage others to;
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute another person without their consent;
- Use bots, automation, or scrape the service;
- Advertise, spam, scam, phish, or attempt to defraud other users;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your age.
3. Moderation and termination
To protect users, video sessions are moderated automatically and may be ended at any time. We may suspend, ban, or block access to anyone, at our discretion, with or without notice — including for breaking these terms. Reports of abuse are taken seriously.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own conduct and for anything you say or show. Never share personal, financial, or sensitive information with strangers. See our safety tips.
5. No warranty
NextFace is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that matches, connections, or moderation will be perfect or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextFace and its operators are not liable for the conduct of other users or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You use NextFace at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
